• Click on the 'Start' button and select 'Run'

• In the Run dialogue box type 'winipcfg'

• Click 'OK' (This will start the winipcfg program.)

• From the pull down box, select the network device that you use for your DSL

• Your MAC (hardware) address is listed next to the heading 'Adapter Address'
• When providing this number to Tabletop Telephone, you must be sure that it is exactly correct!  Without the correct MAC address, your internet connection will not function.
