Elemental Circle is a closed working Wiccan
circle created by four equal elements and
their associated persons. We are NOT a Coven
due to several factors. Primarily, there is
no hierarchy or degree rank and major
decisions are handled by representation of
each Element. Elemental Circle places equal
emphasis on genders and is based on
practical workings/teachings. We rotate
everything as well as Circle Leads (a.k.a.
High Priest/High Priestess) so that each
person has the opportunity to learn and
grow.
Elemental Circle incorporates both
traditional and eclectic methods. Circle
members are encouraged to do things in the
manner in which they are comfortable and
have been previously taught. Whereas to
some, this may appear to be loosely
organized, it works for each individual and
that is poetry in motion!
Elemental Circle, albeit in its relative
infancy, is a happy space - promoting
balance, harmony and practical workings
based on shared rotational participation.
One of the only "rules" besides what
you'd normally find is that we do not
spend our quality energy engrossed in
negatively discussing other groups (as
we all have been/or are a part of).
