units with modern facilities; situated 400 feet from the beach. Kihei
Alii Kai is an excellent value for a basic property across the street
from Kamaole Beach #1 in the Kihei area of Maui. The condominium has
limited grounds but an excellent value. Kihei Alii Kai is within
walking distance to shops and restaurants and affords comfortable accommodations
at a very reasonable cost. Dine on the lanai and watch the changing
sea and sky, stretch out by the pool or Jacuzzi. BBQ your dinner on
the gasfired BBQ's at either the tennis courts of the pool, play a game
of tennis on the rooftop courts, golf at nearby Wailea and Makena courses,
or stroll across the road to one of the finest white sand beaches on
Maui - the beautiful Kamaole I or II beaches, where the gentle surf
will lure you in to swim and snorkel.
